CANCELLATION POLICY

DIRECTIONS FOR SUITE AT THE END If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give a 48hr notice. Otherwise, there will be a 50% fee of the services booked. To cancel or reschedule, please do so online or you can text or DM me on my working days (Tues-Sat) Otherwise, I am off on Sundays & Mondays. Please take care of your appointments accordingly to avoid the fee. Do not email to cancel or reschedule. Thank you! LATE GUESTS: I understand that life happens and traffic can be unpredictable — that’s why there’s a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive within that window, I'll do my best to fit everything in, but I may need to skip the blow-dry to stay on schedule. If you're more than 15 minutes late, we’ll need to reschedule your appointment and a 50% fee will apply. Weekend parking can be tricky, so give yourself a little extra time to find a spot. No-shows won’t be able to rebook in the future. Thanks for understanding and always drive safe! PARKING/DIRECTIONS: *Please read if it's your first time at my suite* I am an independent hairstylist located at the Oakridge Mall at the Phenix Salon Suites. It's best to maps to BJ's Restaurant or Mumu Hot Pot. My entrance to the suite is outside of the mall. Once you enter, make a left and my suite is #108. If there is no parking in front of the listed restaurants, parking is free in the garage then maps to one of the restaurants listed. Otherwise, the address provided will take you into the mall.
